The Wire Wizard Butt Welder Docking Station features all the required tools for butt welding wire ends together with the Non-Stop Wire Dispensing System. The station includes durable wheels for easy mobility and it adapts to the front of the Non-Stop stand to complete a fully integrated system. Compatible with solid or cored ferrous metal wires up to .078 (2mm) in diameter (not compatible with non-ferrous/aluminum wire). Tools Included: Resistance Butt Welder (110v or 220v, US and European versions available) Wire Parters for cutting flush wire ends prior to joining Wire Gage Block for checking the wire diameter to ensure a smooth wire feed – includes checking gages for .035, .045, .052 and .062 wire Sold Separately: Wire Sizer for removing the burr in the welded joint (specify wire size when ordering)
