The NAOS adds only 1.75" inches to the rear profile of your forklift by tucking the magnet under the rear counterweight where it's safest and at the same time maintaining the manoeuverability of your lift truck in confined spaces. The NAOS mounts on the rear pin of the forklift and doesn't interfere with exhaust even if the exhaust on your forklift is vented through the pin slot. No modifications to your forklift are necessary to mount the NAOS. The NAOS ONLY uses the existing pin on your forklift for mounting. You don't have to modify, weld on or drill into your forklift to mount the NAOS. The NAOS can be mounted to forklifts of many sizes and shapes. The 4 sizes of the NAOS combined with multiple sizes of brackets that come with NAOS allow the NAOS to accommodate forklifts of all kinds while not interfering with rear steering wheels (see FIT guidelines for how to verify if the NAOS will fit your lift truck) Continuous adjustment clamping system allows precise sweeping height adjustment instead of fixed sweeping height positions so that you can fine tune the sweeping height to best suit your job site conditions. Designed specifically to pick up tramp ferrous metal debris such as nails, screws, bits of wire, bolts, nuts, tools, and discarded pieces from fabrication activities Allows continuous clean up of metal debris while doing other work to eliminate labor costs of tramp metal cleanup. The NAOS has a super slim compact design that adds only 1 ¾" inches to the overall length and profile or your forklift so it doesn't interfere with forklift operations in confined spaces The NAOS uses permanently charged grade C8 magnets that will never need to be recharged. Power will never decrease, ensuring years of use. The Forager magnet is completely enclosed within the 1 ½" inch high x 3" inch wide aluminum magnet housing. And the housing length depends on the size of NAOS model chosen. The magnet inside the housing is 1" inch high x 2 ½" inch wide unspaced but is 1" from each end of the magnet housing to allow for the housing end caps. Many commercial and industrial facilities have a need to eliminate flat tires on forklifts and other vehicles entering and exiting their properties. The cost, interruptions and delays that flat tires cause create the need to for the use of a magnetic sweeper and the NAOS was designed specifically to pick up and remove debris that causes flat tires such as nails, screws, wire, discarded pieces of metal from fabrication activities, bolts, nuts, pins, screw drivers, wrenches, etc. The NAOS allows you to clean up metal debris as other normal activities are carried out without adding more permanently ongoing labor costs to do so. It results in negligible additional labor costs to solve the problem of flat tires because the magnet is picking up debris as the forklift does normal activities. By eliminating current and future labor costs of solving the flat tire problem, the payback period of investing in the NAOS magnetic sweeper is greatly reduced.
