FL20 is a new integrated version of our FL10 fluid feed system. It brings three components together – machine unit, fluid pump, and the fluid container – to make your weld cleaning more efficient than ever. All controlled through a single power switch. The system regulates the amount of fluid being fed to the brush – so you don’t have to dip after each stroke. The new integrated FL20 fluid feed system provides a unique all-in-one weld cleaning solution for your workshop or job site. Instead of handling and positioning the pump unit separately from the machine – you can now simply attach the pump to your weld cleaner using just four screws. This means that your machine, pump, and fluid container are combined into a single working unit that is: Easily transportable and movable using a single handle and cable holders Turned on using a single power switch and power cable/plug Controlled easily with two closely-placed control panels and user-friendly interface Instead of handling several different components, you will now manage only one – saving time and significantly increasing your productivity. The pump is easily serviced and regulates the flow of liquid to the tip of the brush so that you no longer need to stop your work and dip the brush over and over again. FL20 is compatible with all Cougartron weld cleaners operating under 80 amps of output power and can store 1 liter of liquid at a time. The system is sold separately from our weld cleaning machines and comes packed in a robust carrying case as a complete ready-to-use kit. NOTE: WELD CLEANING MACHINE SOLD SEPARATELY
