CGT 350 is a mild but effective fluid for stainless steel weld cleaning and passivation. CGT 350 can be used on light and dark TIG and only light MIG welds. Thanks to its specific chemical non hazardous formula, CGT 350 can be transported by air. Note: CGT 350 is not suitable for electropolishing – This activity requires the use of our WELC3129 – CGT 550 Weld Cleaning and Polishing fluid Use and application of weld cleaning and neutralizing fluids during weld cleaning process: Dip the weld cleaning brush into the weld cleaning fluid Clean the weld with a circular motion until the desired result Wipe away any excess fluid residue from the treated surface Apply neutralizing fluid on the cleaned area Wipe away with a clean cloth Important: Weld cleaning brush needs to be wet at all times for optimal results. Therefore, dip the brush frequently into the weld cleaning fluid during the cleaning or electropolishing process.
